Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag had nothing but praises for goalkeeper Andre Onana after his side’s 0-0 draw at Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Onana was a life saver for Man Utd as he pulled off several saves at Selhurst Park to deny the hosts a goal.

The highlight from the match was a sensational double save late in the game to keep out Ismaila Sarr’s rebound.

Speaking about Onana’s performance, Ten Hag in a post-match statement said football is relentless, stating that the host side got their moment in the 44th minute.

According to Ten Hag, Man Utd made one mistake and it was a big chance but also, Onana played a brilliant game.

Speaking via Sky Sports, the Dutchman said “That was a good save but also, especially the one in the second half.”

The recent goalless draw leaves Man Utd at the eleventh spot on the league table with seven points.

The Red Devils’ game at Selhurst Park has stirred mixed reactions from their fans, with many left disappointed.

Meanwhile, Man Utd will now focus on their next match in the Europa League when they host Twente next Wednesday at Old Trafford.
