Arsenal advised to sign Chelsea’s target

Former West Ham star Shaka Hislop in a recent statement has issued an advice to Arsenal and manager Mikel Arteta on the player to sign this summer transfer window.

Hislop charged the Gunners to focus on signing Chelsea’s target Victor Osimhen this summer.

According to the former West Ham star, a move for Osimhen would boost the Gunners’ chances of winning trophies next season.

Recall that the North London club have come close to winning the Premier League title for the fourth consecutive season but failed.

Last season they narrowly lost it to Man City.

Hislop in a statement via ESPN said that Arsenal need to sign the 25-year-old Nigerian to improve their fortunes next season.

He stated that Osimhen ticks all the boxes that Arsenal need and would provide the physicality, a little bit more than Kai Havertz does in terms of height and setpieces.

Meanwhile, like Chelsea, Arsenal may drop their interest in Osimhen owing to his expensive transfer fee which Napoli are demanding before they can permit his exit.

Arsenal would have to break the bank or sell some of their players to seal a deal for the Nigerian footballer.
