Arsenal’s Henry names team to beat in the EPL

Former Arsenal star Thierry Henry has named Premier League champions Man City as the team to beat this season.

Henry made this known while refusing to pick Arsenal as Premier League title favourites despite their 6-0 victory over Sheffield United on Monday.

The Gunners’ win over Sheffield United means they still maintain the third spot on the Premier League table, with two points behind leaders Liverpool and a point behind second position Manchester City after 27 matches.

“We all know where my heart will go, I want Arsenal to win the league,” Henry said (via talkSPORT).

“But I still see City as the team to beat.”

Recall that Arsenal were close to winning the EPL title last season before they lost it to Pep Guardiola’s Man City side.

Meanwhile, Arsenal will face Brentford in their next game on Saturday and would hope to win another three points.
