Man Utd star named as the new Haaland

Former Manchester United captain Gary Neville in a recent statement compared Rasmus Hojlund’s power and aggression to that of Manchester City’s Erling Haaland.

Neville believes Hojlund could be a Haaland in the making with his potential.

This comes as the Red Devils defeated Luton Town 2-1 to close the gap between them and fifth-placed Tottenham to three points.

Erik ten Hag’s led Man Utd squad have now won four consecutive matches, with Hojlund continuing his scoring streak with two goals.

His recent form against Luton Town made the 21-year-old become the youngest player in Premier League history, to score in six straight games.

Speaking on The Gary Neville Podcast, Neville said: “Hojlund looked like a Haaland in the making—that power, that strength, and aggression in his running. I’ve always liked that about a Manchester United centre-forward.”
