Chelsea star who is yet to convince with top quality revealed

Former Chelsea star Frank Leboeuf has expressed doubts over the Armando Broja, as he said he is yet to be convinced by his quality.

Leboeuf is also rooting for Christopher Nkunku to return to the team from his injury soon.

Meanwhile, Broja recently returned to action for Chelsea after he tore his cruciate ligament during pre-season.

He was on the scoresheet in the Blues’ Premier League 2-0 win against Fulham last week.

Following his impressive form against Fulham, Broja was chosen over Nicolas Jackson to start in Chelsea’s Premier League 4-1 win against Burnley last weekend.

But he failed to score during the match.

“I pray for Nkunku to come back very, very soon because Broja, I’m not convinced yet. And he comes back from injury, so it takes time. Jackson, yeah, he’s getting better,” Leboeuf said on ESPN.

“But what I saw from Nkunku for several years, that will make a frontline very competitive.”
