UCL: Striker speaks ahead of Chelsea game vs AC Milan
Following their recent win in the Premier League where they defeated Crystal Palace in a 2-1 clash, Chelsea will return to action in the UCL in a Stamford Bridge clash with Italian club AC Milan on Wednesday.
Chelsea striker Aubameyang, who scored his first goal for Chelsea against Crystal Palace is eager to continue playing his part for Potter’s side in a congested run of fixtures ahead.
The former Barcelona striker believes the Blues can take confidence from the win at Crystal Palace into Wednesday’s eagerly anticipated European fixture.
‘First of all, I want to try and enjoy every minute here and playing my hardest to help the team out,’ added Auba.
‘This victory gives us a lot of confidence. I think, as a group, getting that first win was really important for us as a team and for the new manager, so we are really happy.
‘Getting the victory away from home is also a big step and I think this is very good for us going into a big run of tough games now.’
