Former Arsenal star to join Chelsea if he leaves Barcelona

Barcelona striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is among the players on the Blues’ target list, who they hope to sign before the summer transfer window ends.

Aside from Chelsea, Man Utd are said to be also interested in Aubameyang as their manager Erik ten Hag, is desperate to beef up his attack amid Cristiano Ronaldo’s possible departure.

The report revealed that the Red Devils’ chiefs have held talks with Barcelona and the 33-year-old, who moved to the Camp Nou on a free transfer in February.

However, it is believed that if the Catalans were to sanction the transfer,  Aubameyang would prefer Chelsea instead of United.

He is said to favour a move to Stamford Bridge and would snub a transfer to Old Trafford.

This is partly because Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel and Aubameyang were together during their time together at Borussia Dortmund.

And also the Blues can offer him Champions League football, which Man Utd can’t afford this season.
