EPL: Chelsea predicted to drop points vs Wolves
The Premier League match between Chelsea and Wolves promises to be an exciting one on Sunday evening.
While the Blues will hope to win all three points against the Wolves, their coach Thomas Tuchel will be faced with the challenge of which players to play.
This is because the Blues attackers are out once again, having tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
Ahead of the match, Sky Sports pundit Jones Knows has tipped the Blues to drop points vs the Wolves.
According to him, Chelsea are seemingly finding it tough to break through low block defences without the influence and natural goal instincts of Romelu Lukaku.
This was visible during their game against Everton, where they were held to a 1-1 draw.
Knows, in his statement, added that ” well-organised low blow defences don’t come tighter than Wolves, who could be set to send Tuchel’s frustrations levels off the scale in this one. Bruno Lage’s team have conceded only 14 goals this season – only Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool have shipped fewer.”
“I can see this game going down a familiar low scoring path. Wolves took four points off Chelsea last season, coming from behind to win 2-1 in this fixture.”
