One of the most anticipated matches today is between the UCL reigning champions Chelsea vs Juventus.

This will be Blues first difficult clash against a big European side in the UCL this season, having played against Zenit St. Petersburg earlier on.

Well ahead of the match against the Old Ladies, the Thomas Tuchel’s led squad will be without four of their players.

One of them is France international N’golo Kante, who’s reported to have contacted Covid-19.

Tuchel, in his press conference on Tuesday, confirmed that the French midfielder had contracted COVID-19.

This season has not been smooth for Kante as he has been battling with a groin injury as well, and this saw him restricted to two 45 minute appearances against Tottenham and Aston Villa.

He was also substituted during Saturday’s 1-0 defeat against Manchester City; there are indications he would also be unavailable for the Blues clash against Southampton in the Premier League on Saturday.

Chelsea will also be without Christian Pulisic and Mason Mount, as well as Reece James, who could also be unavailable for the match against Southampton as he battle with an ankle injury.
