I have been told to win the UCL trophy – Guardiola say after recent win

Manchester City coach, Pep Guardiola in a statement has hinted that his side will be going all out to win the Uefa Champions League this season.

Guardiola revealed this in his statement that he has been told to win the UCL title with Man Cuty.

He revealed that he was told this when he arrived at Etihad stadium in 2016 from Bayern Munich.

Well, following there recent win vs. Borussia Monchengladbach with a 2-0 scoreline on Tuesday, to qualify for the quarter-final, the Man City seems ready to win it.

City have done well for themselves this season as they have now won 24 of 25 matches in all competitions.

If they can win in the last-eight then they can go ahead to win the title.

“Since the first year I arrived they told me that you have to win the Champions League,” Guardiola said.

He added that he isn’t thinking, to get to the semi-finals but thinking to do a good first game and a good second game.

Man City are also favourite to win the Premier League title this season as they currently sit at the top of the league with more than 10 points difference between them and second-place club, Man Utd.
