Update on Man Utd’s Onana’s injury ahead of game vs Everton
Popular football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano in a recent update has revealed Andre Onana’s injury is not a serious one for Manchester United to be worried.
Recall that Onana suffered a shoulder problem during Cameroon’s World Cup qualifier 3-0 win over Mauritius on Friday night but it seemed not to be serious and he is expected to be fit in time to play for Man United against Everton next Sunday.
The Red Devils goalie was forced off after 81 minutes as Cameroon beat Mauritius.
The Man United keeper appeared to injure his adductor muscle as he stretched out his leg to stop a shot going past him during the encounter.
Onana received treatment on the pitch for four minutes and he was able to walk back to the dugout without any assistance.
Cameroon are due to play Libya on Tuesday but it is not certain if Onana will be fit enough to play.
