Tuchel refuses to talk about Chelsea link with Ronaldo

Man Utd star Cristiano Ronaldo has been linked with moves to Chelsea and many are anticipating the outcome.

Chelsea coach, Thomas Tuchel was recently questioned by a fan about the report of the club trying to sign Ronaldo from Manchester United.

Ronaldo has told the Red Devils he wants to leave Old Trafford, less than a year after returning to the club from Juventus.

The reports revealed the Portugal star is unimpressed with Man United’s transfer activity this summer and wants to play Champions League football and not Europa Football, which the Red Devils will be playing next season.

Aside from Chelsea, other clubs that have shown interest in Ronaldo are Bayern Munich and Napoli.

Chelsea’s new co-owner Todd Boehly made headlines last month after he met with Ronaldo’s agent, Jorge Mendes, with a potential transfer of one of the issues they spoke about.

Amid claims that Tuchel remains unconvinced over a move for Ronaldo this summer, a video appeared on social media on Sunday night which showed the German’s coy response to the possible transfer.

When asked by a Chelsea fan if Ronaldo will join, Tuchel smiled and responded: “I will not tell you.”
