Silva names Chelsea legend he wants to play with

Chelsea defender and Brazil star Thiago Silva has named the Blues legend John Terry as his ultimate centre-back partner.

Silva, who has been tipped to leave Chelsea at the end of the season, in a recent statement said there is always a good vibe when he is around Terry.

“I will go with John Terry since I am at Chelsea. We have a great relationship,” Silva told Premier League’s official YouTube channel when asked which English legend he would’ve loved to play with.

“There is always a good vibe every time I see him and he is a legend for the club and English football.”

Recall that Terry had a brief spell at Aston Villa before his retirement in 2018.

The former defender during his time at Stamford Bridge won five Premier League titles, five FA Cups, one UEFA Champions League, and three EFL Cups, amongst other trophies, with Chelsea.
