Napoli will find it hard to replace this Chelsea target

With the summer transfer window a few weeks away, Chelsea have been linked with moves for Napoli star Victor Osimhen, who has been tipped to leave the Naples at the end of this season.

Aside from Chelsea, French club PSG are also said to be in the race for the talented forward.

However, former Italy forward, Guiseppe Galderisi appears to be considering Napoli’s future without Osimhen.

Galderisi in a recent statement stressed that it would be difficult for Napoli to find a perfect replacement for Osimhen if he departs the club this summer.

Recall that Osimhen played a key role in Napoli’s Scudetto win last season, when he scored 26 goals in 32 league appearances.

So far this season, the Nigerian forward has scored 15 goals despite battling injuries and participating in international game for his home country.

Galderisi described Osimhen as a unique player who would be hard to replace.

The former Italy star was quoted by quoted by Calcio Napoli as saying Osimhen always makes the right move.

He added that the Nigerian has characteristics that he hasn’t seen in Europe.

Meanwhile, Chelsea will have to at least qualify for European tournament to be able to convince Osimhen to join them this summer.
