How Ten Hag reacted after Man Utd’s 2-2 draw vs Tottenham
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has reacted to their recent draw against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Sunday.
Ten Hag, who blamed his players said they gave away “soft goals” in the 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur.
The Red Devils during the match led twice in the game and each time conceded an equaliser from the Hotspurs.
Rasmus Hojlund scored the first goal for the hosts before Richarlison headed in a goal for the visitors to make it 1-1.
Man United returned to leading through a second goal from Marcus Rashford, but Rodrigo Bentancur lashed past Andre Onana to ensure Spurs took a share of the points.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Ten Hag said: “I think it was a very intense game. It was a very good game for the audience.
“When you analyse the game and look back, we are slightly disappointed because we were twice up and you conceded some soft goals like we did.”
