Former Chelsea manager speaks amid return to Stamford Bridge
Former Chelsea and now Roma manager, Jose Mourinho in a recent statement has stated that he is “happy” at the Italian club, despite being linked with a return to Stamford Bride.
While Chelsea signed Frank Lampard as a replacement for Graham Potter, he would only be in charge till the end of the season.
This gives Chelsea time to make move for a new permanent manager that would take over at the club next season.
Chelsea have drawn up a manager shortlist of those who could emerge as their next permanent manager and there are possibility Mourinho could be on it.

However, the Portugal international while speaking after Roma reached the semi-finals of the Europa League on Thursday night, said he is happy in the Italian Seria A.
“I’m happy here at Roma. I love the people, and they like me.
“Sometimes I’m frustrated, but I’m sure there’s room for improvement here,” Mourinho said.
