EPL: Chelsea get injury boost ahead of game vs West Ham
EPL topper Chelsea have been handed an injury boost ahead of their game vs West Ham on Saturday.
According to a latest update made public by Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel, he confirmed that James Reece and Jorginho have returned to the club’s training.
Which means they would be available for the Blues clash with West Ham this weekend.
The German manager, in his statement, described Reece and Jorginho’s return to the team as a ‘massive boost.
Recall that James and Jorginho had sustained knocks ahead of their clash vs West Ham.
“It is massive to have James Reece and Jorginho back. Reece is the specialist on the side, and Jorginho is the guy left from Jova, NG and him from the midfield three in a central role.
“We are happy that Jorgi is back in training, and we can’t wait for NG and Kova to come back,” Tuchel said.
There is the likelihood that James and Jorginho will play from the bench.
Chelsea will hope to pick all three points vs the Hammers this weekend to maintain their spot at the top of the league table.
