Belgium international Romelu Lukaku has no plans to move back to Chelsea after his loan spell ends with Italian club Inter Milan, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

Lukaku returned to the Serie A club for a season-long loan barely one year after his club-record £97.5m move to Chelsea.

The Belgian striker fell out with former manager Thomas Tuchel after scoring just eight Premier League goals in 2021/2022.

While there are speculations that Lukaku could get a fresh chance at Stamford Bridge under new manager Graham Potter, who replaced Tuchel, however, it is now understood that the Belgian striker still does not want a return to the Blues.

Inter don’t have a buy out clause and will look to loan the 29-year-old once again for the 2023/2024 season.

We will have to wait till another summer window to see how it would all play out for Lukaku.
