Man Utd star player, Bruno Fernandes has hailed Jesse Lingard for his performance at West Ham.
Recall that Lingard moved to West Ham on loan in the January transfer window.
However, following his performance with the Hammers, Fernandes has described him as the best player in the Premier League currently.
He also revealed that Lingard has gotten his confidence back as he is now scoring goals and registering assists.
“If you see Jesse, I think Jesse, at the moment, if you watch the last ten games, has been top, top, top-level,” Fernandes told MUTV.
”For me, if you watch the last ten games, he’s been the best player in the Premier League, scoring and assisting in every game,” he added.
Fernandes revealed he is happy for Lingard.
With Lingard’s performance with the Hammer, Man Utd coach, Ole Gunnar Solkjaer could request his return to Old Trafford in the summer transfer window.
In another report, it is unlikely that Man Utd will be making moves to sign a new striker in the summer window especially after Edison Cavani signed an extension deal at the club.
At the moment, Man Utd main focus is winning the Uefa Europa league when they face Villarreal in the final later this month.
