The Blues are purportedly resolved to sign West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice this summer.

Chelsea have just spent vigorously in the current transfer market, signing Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and Ben Chilwell ahead of the 2020-21 season.

Kai Havertz is also expected to arrive in a major movey move from Bayer Leverkusen, while Malang Sarr and Thiago Silva have joined the West London club on free transfers.

However, as per report, Chelsea remain determined on signing Declan Rice, who is accepted to be valued by West Ham around £80m.

The report guarantees that Chelsea are in no quick rush for the West Ham midfielder but are interested to secure a deal before the transfer deadline toward the beginning of October.

Declan Rice scored once and gave three assists in 38 appearances for the Hammers last season.
