Chelsea ready to sign Getafe defender this summer
The Blues are purportedly prepared to pay more than twice the £22million required to seal the transfer of Getafe left-back Marc Cucurella this summer.
Marc Cucurella has dazzled in La Liga recently and seems as though he could be a strong addition to take care of an issue position in Frank Lampard’s squad.
Chelsea have quite recently been beaten by Arsenal in the FA Cup final and whipped by Bayern Munich in the Champions League, so new signings are unmistakably required at Stamford Bridge this summer.
It appears Chelsea are prepared to spend huge on Marc Cucurella, with report guaranteeing they could pay more than twice the £22m Marc Cucurella is supposed to be appraised at.
It is not yet clear if the 22-year-old will end up being Frank Lampard’s priority target in that position, with other huge talents also connected with the west London clubs recently.
Real Madrid’s Sergio Reguilon has also been firmly connected with Chelsea, while Leicester City’s Ben Chilwell has also been connected, according to reports.
Marc Cucurella would no doubt be another fine choice for Chelsea FC, and fans will simply be seeking after any update on unconvincing pair Emerson Palmieri and Marcos Alonso.
