Arsenal to battle RB Leipzig to sign Malang Sarr

Malang Sarr is set to be in significant demand and has drawn the consideration of Julian Nagelsmann’s Leipzig just as the Arsenal, with an entire host of different clubs said to be excited about a deal for the defender.
Regardless of his age, the talented defender has many appearances for Nice after his introduction in 2016 as a 17-year-old. Malang Sarr played multiple times in Ligue 1 this season and his ability to have as impact of a back three makes him a charming choice in the market for Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta.
Mikel Arteta has deployed a 3-4-3 recently and despite the fact that it is not yet clear whether it’s his ideal long term plan, it’s a system that would make Malang Sarr’s potential move somewhat simpler after consistently playing on the left side of a back three under Patrick Vieira.
There’s no questioning the France Under-21 international’s ability. His physicality and proactiveness are praiseworthy, while he’s also an enormous athlete.
