Transfer Deal: Premier League giants set to rival Chelsea for signature of West Ham’s Declan Rice

Chelsea’s pursuit of West Ham midfielder Declan Rice is set to get more intense as top Premier League clubs are eager to secure the service of the England international.

Declan Rice has become the most sorts after talent in England as Chelsea have made their intentions of signing their former youth player clear ever since he rose to stardom at West Ham.

However, they have not been able to agree a deal with West Ham as their squad is currently filled with young talents.
