Tottenham sign Chelsea forward

A number of transfers were concluded hours before the January deadline and one of them saw Tottenham confirming the signing of Jude Soonsup-Bell from Chelsea.

Tottenham Hotspur made this public in a tweet via their official Twitter handle on Tuesday.

Tottenham’s tweet reads: “We are pleased to confirm the addition of Jude Soonsup-Bell to our Development Squad.

“Welcome to Spurs, Jude.”

The reports revealed Soonsup-Bell will be joining Tottenham’s Development Squad.

Before he arrived at Tottenham, the young forward had been in the Chelsea academy since the Under-13 level.

The 19-year-old scored four goals in an FA Youth Cup win over Barnsley in 2020.

Aside from Soonsup-Bell, Another Chelsea player who left the club on deadline day was Italy midfielder Jorginho, who is now an Arsenal player.
