Bukayo Saka has emerged winner of Arsenal player of the season award.

This was recently made public via the Gunners official website.

The North London club fans voted for the award after a list of players were listed for the award.

The outcome of the voting showed that 51 per cent voted for the England international while Nicolas Pepe emerged second best with 15 per cent.

The end of this season has been a great one for Saka as he was a few days ago named in England’s Euro 2020 squad.

He also got nominated for Premier League Young Player of the Season following an impressive 2020/21 season with Arsenal.

The 19-year-old was also nominated for the PFA’s Young Player of the Season award on Wednesday.

Recall that Saka started for England in their Euro 2020 warm-up friendly against Austria on Wednesday as he scored his first senior international goal to give the English side a 1-0 victory at the Riverside Stadium.

It would have been great to watch Saka play in any European tournament next season with the Gunners but after they failed to finish in the top six at least last season, they would not be playing in the Uefa Champions League or Europa League.
