Manchester United could soon welcome their summer target Bryan Mbeumo as Sky Sports report that the Red Devils have reached an agreement with Bredford.

The Red Devils have been linked with moves for Mbeumo for a while with reports about their interests in him going on for days.

However, according to the latest reports, Man United have submitted an improved offer of £65m plus £6m in add-ons on Thursday.

This comes after their previous bid of £55m plus £7.5m in add-ons was rejected several weeks ago.

The Red Devils’ improved offer has been accepted by the Bees for Mbeumo who has two years left on his current contract.

He is now expected to have a medical at Man United in the coming days and there is speculations that the forward will be part of the Red Devils squad that flies out to the United States for their preseason tour on Tuesday.

Mbeumo scored 20 goals in the Premier League last season to help the Bees secure a top-half finish, making him a perfect fit for Man Utd, who are keen on signing a new number 9.
