Real Betis want to sign Manchester United defender

Manchester United centre back Eric Bailly has allegedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Real Betis.

Owing to a combination of injury and being viewed as third choice by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the defender has been restricted to 15 appearances in all competitions this season.

The latter has purportedly brought about the Ivory Coast international pondering his future at Old Trafford, with under 15 months remaining on his contract.

As per The Sun, Real Betis are interested to hand the 27-year-old a return to La Liga, where he has recently represented Villarreal.

Real Betis presently sit in 6th position in Spain’s top flight, placing them in contention to qualify for Europa League next season.
