Mbeumo sends message to Man Utd players over poor form

Manchester United summer signing Bryan Mbeumo has reacted to the club’s poor form this season.
In a recent statement, the striker urged his teammates to take responsibility for their poor results so far this campaign.
Mbeumo while speaking ahead of the Red Devils’ game against Sunderland this weekend in the Premier League charged his teammates to impress.
The game against Sunderland comes after Man Utd’s defeat to Brentford that has seen them at the 14th spot on the league table.
Another defeat to Sunderland would put the club at a difficult situation and place manager Ruben Amorim’s job on the line.
Mbeumo, however, believes Amorim is not the only one to be blamed for the club’s poor form.
He stated that everyone at Old Trafford needed to do better going forward.
Speaking via Sky Sports, Mbeumo said: “I think everyone in the team needs to take responsibility.
“When you play in a club this big, everyone needs to know what to do – as a team, we need to do better.
“The only thing we want to be focused on is ourselves; we just try to listen to what’s going on inside.”
