Manchester United set to make decisive decision on youngster after an impressive debut
Manchester United fans were eager to see the stuff Amad Diallo is made of and the young attacker did not disappoint in his debut match.
Diallo finally moved to Manchester United from Atlanta some weeks ago and finally made his debut in the under 23’s match against rivals Liverpool.
He made his mark in the game by scoring two goals as well as showing his class with some great dribbling skills and pass.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has now revealed that he will decide on Thursday if the youngster will be having a shot at playing alongside the likes of Bruno Fernandes.
Currently laying in second place on the log, United are meeting Southampton on Tuesday evening before they play Everton in the weekend.
Speaking ahead of the match against Southampton, Solskjaer stated that he will make a decision on Amad in the week on what he does at the weekend if he’s in the squad.
According to the United manager it depends on many factors, if the team have injuries or Covid, you never know, but he might be playing on Friday as the final decision will be made on Thursday.
If Diallo is able to make his debut against Everton in the weekend, all eyes will be on the youngster who might be featuring for the U23s when they play Blackburn on Friday night.
