Former Man Utd and Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has expressed his willingness to accept a salary cut to remain at the Italian Serie A club.

Pogba remained signed to the Old Ladies after his ban for testing positive for testosterone was recently reduced to 18 months by the Court of Arbitration in Sport, CAS.

There have been reports of ongoing talks between Pogba and Juventus to terminate the player’s deal.

As a result, the French midfielder has been linked with several European clubs, including Marseille.

Following his reduced ban, Pogba is expected to return to competitive football in March next year.

Speaking to Gazzetta, the former Man Utd star said he is willing to take a salary cut to stay at Juventus.

He added that he only thinking about training and playing for Juventus.

“It’s not me that needs to speak; the pitch will do the talking and Thiago Motta will judge with his eyes,” Pogba added.

We will have to wait to see if the Old Ladies will be willing to retain Pogba especially considering the age factor as the midfielder is now in his early 30s.

Hopefully, he would secure a deal in the French Ligue 1 if Juventus decide to part ways with him.
