EPL: Tottenham vs Man Utd – Predictions

One of the big matches to watch this weekend is the one between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United.

This is because the match is one of the major deciding that will decide the future of coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils have not been impressive this season under Solskjaer, and their recent defeat to Liverpool last weekend has placed more pressure on the Norwegian at Old Trafford.

It is believed that the outcome of the match vs Tottenham will determine if Solskjaer will remain a coach at Old Trafford or not.

The match is considered a must-win for Man Utd; therefore, they are expected to play their best as they are currently seated outside the top flights.

Tottenham, on the other hand, head to the match after their recent win vs Burnley in the Carabao League during the midweek.

Former Arsenal star Paul Merson has tipped the Red Devils to defeat Tottenham Hotspur.

Speaking on the Tottenham vs Man United game, Merson told Sportskeeda, “Manchester United are going to win this game,  it’ll paper over the cracks yet again. They did manage a victory against Atalanta in the Champions League, and I think they will pull off something similar this weekend. Tottenham Hotspur 1, 2 Manchester United.”
