Atalanta striker agrees 5-year deal with Man Utd
Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund has reached a personal agreement with Man Utd and may soon find himself at Old Trafford.
This comes as the reports revealed Hojlund has agreed terms with the Red Devils a five-year contract.
The recent update was made public by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on Tuesday.
To get the done, the two clubs will now have to agree on a fee, with the Serie A side demanding between €90 million and €100 million.
Romano tweeted: “Understand terms of Manchester United agreement with Rasmus Højlund and his camp on personal terms are now clear: five-year deal, 2028.
“Told contract will include option for further year.
“Man United will bid this week, but for right fee—not entertaining €90/100m ‘games’.”
Meanwhile, the Red Devils have so far signed a midfielder Mason Mount from Chelsea and a goalkeeper Andre Onana from Inter Milan, they are now focused on signing a new striker before the transfer window closes.
