Liverpool could supposedly sign RB Leipzig centre-back Ibrahima Konate for between €£28.2m and £29.5m during this current summer’s transfer window.
The current Premier League champions are accepted to have recognized the youngster as a possible target as they get ready to take another new defender to Anfield in the impending market.
Different reports have asserted that Konate has a £34.7m release clause in his present contract, but as per Bild journalist Christian Falk, the buy out fee is actually between £28.2m and £29.5m.
The 21-year-old, who has also been connected with Arsenal and Manchester United, has scored once in 16 appearances at club level during the 2020-21 campaign.
Ibrahima Konate has battled for regular action recently, however, and has not started a Bundesliga match since picking up an ankle injury towards the end of 2020.
The Frenchman recently said that he is disregarding the hypothesis encompassing his future.
