Chelsea’s target agrees whooping deal of £172.9 million deal with new club

Chelsea target and Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo has agreed to a whooping £172.9 million-a-year contract with Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, Marca reports.

Recall that Ronaldo became a free agent after his Manchester United contract was terminated earlier this month.

The Portugal star sever ties with Man United after an explosive interview with Piers Morgan, in which he made several controversial statements.

As it looks, the Portugal captain seems set to move outside Europe for the first time in his career.

Ronaldo is said to have agreed to a two-and-a-half year deal with Al Nassr – worth £172.9 million per year.

The deal will see him play until the age of 40.

Sources close to the former Real Madrid and Juventus forward, however, stressed that no deal has been signed and that Ronaldo remains focused on the World Cup with his country, but reports in Spain today claim the “dizzying figures” have been agreed.

With no club to return to after the world cup ends, Ronaldo may consider Saudi Arabian club.
