Yaya Toure names Chelsea winger among top three in the world

Former Manchester City star, Yaya Toure, has named Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling as one of the best left-wingers in the world.

Toure in a statement via ESPN revealed that he regards Sterling and Bayern Munich stars Sadio Mane and Leroy Sane as the three best left-wingers.

The Ivory Coast legend said: “Three best left-wingers? Okay, if you go left, Leroy (Sane), Raheem Sterling, love it, and Sadio Mane.”

Recall that Sterling moved to Stamford Bridge last summer transfer window from Manchester City for a fee of €56.2 million.

The England international was a former teammate with Toure during their time at Man City.

Despite his impressive form at Man City, Sterling has not been able to replicate such at Chelsea.

Meanwhile, the Blues will on Saturday battled it out with Aton Villas as they hope to win all three points in the Premier League.

Chelsea are currently seated at the 10th spot on the league table.
