Why Mbeumo snubbed Chelsea, Arsenal, others to join Man Utd

Bryan Mbeumo has disclosed the reason he opted to sign for Manchester United this summer among other clubs that were interested in him.
Mbeumo in a recent statement admitted his mind was made up after he knew about Manchester United’s interest.
He revealed he was a childhood fan of the Red Devils and could not reject a move to Old Trafford.
The 25-year-old is expected to cost Man United around £71million.
Aside from Man Utd, other Premier League clubs like Arsenal, Tottenham, Newcastle and Chelsea were said to have been interested in signing Mbeumo.
But the Cameroon star stated that there was never a chance of him signing for another club.
He said: “As soon as I knew there was a chance to join Manchester United, I had to take the opportunity to sign for the club of my dreams – the team whose shirt I wore growing up.”
Mbeumo added that he knows he has the spirit and character to reach another level at Old Trafford, learning from Ruben Amorim and playing alongside world-class players.
Meanwhile, Man Utd will hoping Mbeumo will be able to help turn their fortune around as they compete for the Premiere League title next season.
