As the summer transfer begin to gain momentum, former Manchester United star Paul Scholes has advised the club on the players to sign.

The former midfielder wants the Red Devils to sign new players to their attack as he singled out the duo Victor Osimhen and Viktor Gyokeres.

It is no news that Osimhen and Gyokeres are targets among top clubs in Europe including Manchester United and Chelsea.

Amid the stiff competition, Scholes want the Red Devils to sign the two strikers to Old Trafford and give Rasmus Hojlund another chance at the club.

Scholes’ advice to the Red Devils comes after they recently signed Mathues Cunha from Wolves.

Speaking on The Overlap Fan Debate, the midfielder said “I think [Victor ] Osimhen, it sounds like a doable one.”

Scholes believe the Red Devils have the financial capacity to sign Osimhen but he would prefer they keep Hojlund at Old Trafford.

He acknowledged that while Hojlund has not been impressive at Old Trafford,  the Red Devils should have at least three top centre forwards.

“I would have him and Osimhen. Him, Osimhen and Gyokeres,” he added.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are also said to be interested in moves for Osimhen as the plan to strengthen their attack ahead of the new season.
