We are evaluating: Inter gives update on this Chelsea star

Italian side Inter Milan have given an update on their bid for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.

It is no longer news that Chelsea are ready to let the Belgian forward leave this summer, however, they want a permanent transfer and not a loan move which Inter are proposing.

While Chelsea are hoping Lukaku would consider a move to Saudi, the Belgian who spent last season on loan at Inter Milan, has expressed his desire to return to the Serie A.

There are no details on whether Chelsea will keep him at the club or would consider another loan transfer, however, Inter revealed in a recent update that they evaluating the situation.

“Lukaku is one of our important objectives,” Ausilio said.

According to him: “The whole sporting department wants him at Inter. But for now, he’s a Chelsea player. The dialogue remains open. They don’t want to send the player on loan. They said we must buy him. So we are now evaluating whether there is a possibility to sign him outright. Let’s see if we can find a solution.”
