Unsellable: Chelsea advised against selling this midfielder
Former Chelsea goalkeeper, Mark Schwarzer in a recent statement has appealed to the club owner Todd Boehly, against selling midfielder Mason Mount this summer transfer window.
According to Schwarzer, Mount is an unsellable player as he described the England international as incredible.
It is no longer news that Mount has been tipped to leave Stamford Bridge this summer and has been linked with moves to top European clubs like Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Liverpool, all of whom have shown interest in signing him.
Having failed to pen a new deal with the Blues, Mount has less than 18 months left in his current contract with Chelsea.
“He [Mount] is almost unsellable,” Schwarzer told Sky Sports.
“He is a player you would not sell. He is a Chelsea kid through and through. He has been at the club all his life.
“That Is what fans die for. Fans love that. He is such an incredible player. I certainly wouldn’t be selling him as he is such a phenomenal player.”
