Trossard hails Arsenal’s team spirit

Arsenal star Leandro Trossard in a recent statement praised the club’s team spirit after they battled back from 2-0 down to claim a point at Chelsea.

The Belgian came off the bench to equalise at Stamford Bridge following Declan Rice’s long-range effort, and the attacker paid tribute to Arsenal’s work ethic as two late goals maintained their unbeaten start to the Premier League campaign.

“It’s really well done to the boys to not get our heads down, and keep on working,” he said after the match. “That’s how you can even win games as well. We need to take that with us and focus on the next game.

“I’m really pleased [to score], obviously it’s nice if you can help the team with either a goal or an assist, and today, that went my way and I’m happy it gave us a point.”
