Transfer News: Chelsea target Premier League star in a swap deal
The Blues are allegedly interested to include midfielder Ross Barkley in any proposition for West Ham United defensive midfielder Declan Rice.
The England midfielder has been vigorously connected with a future move to Stamford Bridge, West Ham are supposed to be requesting around £80m.
Having just spent huge in the momentum transfer window and the continuous financial ramifications of the Coronavirus pandemic, the Blues are hesitant to satisfy those needs.
However, as per report, Chelsea are planning to entice West Ham into signing Ross Barkley as a part of any deal.
Frank Lampard has recently complimented the playmaker, Ross Barkley currently finds himself down the pecking order because of the arrival of Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz.
With Chelsea valuing Ross Barkley around £30m, they might have to spend a further £40m to yo sign Declan Rice.
