It is big news for Tomori, who have had limited playing chances at Stamford Bridge this season. He has made only one appearance for the Blues in the Premier League.
Hopefully, he would perform at San Siro, which would prompt AC Milan to sign him permanently in the summer transfer window.
In the next few hours, we expect a confirmation of the deal.
