Tottenham star told to stay put amid interest from Man Utd, Bayern Munich

Former Manchester City star, Yaya Toure, has sent a message to Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane on his future amid interest from Manchester United and German side Bayern Munich.

Toure urged Kane to stay put at Tottenham and should focus on ending his career at the club as he stressed that the England captain is not like Manchester City legend Sergio Aguero.

“Harry Kane is a brilliant player and a brilliant leader. For me I hope he is going to stay at Tottenham,” Toure told PA News Agency.

“What he did last season was incredible. I hope he is going to stay, being involved with the staff I can see how familiar they are, they all believe in each other. He came from the academy, he is different.”

“He is not like Aguero, who came in from Atletico, he is at home. I hope he is going to stay because he is a good player. Why not retire there, like Maldini or Gerrard did at Liverpool, if he does that it’s going to be very significant.”
