Former Man Utd and Chelsea coach, Jose Mourinho could be on his way out of another job at Tottenham Hotspurs following an unexpected defeat in the Europa League.

The report hinted that the Portugal international has been given one last option to redeem himself which is by remaining in the top four this season. Anything short of this will see Mourinho bid goodbye to his job at Tottenham.

Mourinho will be sacked as Tottenham Hotspur manager, if he does not finish in the Premier League top four, SportsMail reports.

Tottenham got the shock of their lives after they were dumped out of the Europa League by Dinamo Zagreb.

The Hotspurs had the advantage of winning as Dinamo lost the first leg 2-0 in London, however, they went on to produce a stunning performance by beating Tottenham 3-0 to qualify for the quarter-finals.

Tottenham are determined to remain in the UCL or UEL next season as their inability to make it will place a significant strain on their finances that have already endured major blows by their failure to qualify for this term’s Champions League and the COVID-19 pandemic.

The report revealed that Tottenham has lined up RB Leipzig boss Julian Naglesmann as a possible replacement among others.
