Three players Barcelona want to sign from Chelsea

As the January transfer window draw closer, there will be rumours of clubs interested in players and players ready to switch sides.

A recent report has claimed that Spanish club Barcelona are working towards signing three players, namely Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic and Callum Hudson-Odoi, from Chelsea.

Ziyech’s future at Stamford Bridge remains unknown as the Morocco international battles for more game time at the West London side.

The case of Pulisic has been quite different this season; the American has made only four appearances in all competition for Chelsea this season owing to incessant injuries.

Hudson-Odoi has played 11 times at club level this season, but the English international’s long-term future with the Blues is unclear, as he has struggled to secure regular playing chances when Thomas Tuchel has a fully-fit squad.

According to Sport, Barcelona are confident that one of the three Chelsea players will be available on loan during the January window, and the Catalan outfit are monitoring the developments surrounding the trio.

Barcelona are working on undergoing tremendous changes especially following the arrival of their new coach and former player Xavi, who wants to sign three players, which include two strikers on loan at the start of 2022.
