Three EPL clubs interested in this Chelsea player

Chelsea midfielder and England international Ross Barkley may be on his way in the coming January transfer window.

This comes as the reports claimed that Barkley had been linked with as many as three Premier League clubs who were willing to sign him in January.

As per 90min, the EPL clubs interested in the English midfielder if he decides to leave Stamford Bridge are Burnley, Leeds United and Newcastle United.

Barkley, who is not a regular at Chelsea, was sent out on loan to Aston Villa last season searching for regular playing chances.

However, despite making 24 appearances in the EPL, Villa opted against signing Barkley permanently as they instead went on to sign Norwich’s Emiliano Buendia and Bayer Leverkusen’s Leon Bailey in big-money deals

Apart from his link with Villa, Barkley received interest from a number of Premier League clubs last summer, like West Ham, who tried to explore a possible loan move; Burnley entered the race towards the end of the summer window as they sought additional cover in midfield.

With the January transfer window coming soon, the clubs are expected to revive their interest in Barkley.
