Thomas Tuchel shares update about the transfer of Haaland and Upamecano

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has given a fresh update concerning the possible transfer of Erling Haaland and Dayot Upamecano to the club.

Top clubs in Europe have been linked with Haaland as he continues to show the stuff he’s made of in Borussia Dortmund and Chelsea have also been linked.

Chelsea have been struggling with the form of Timo Werner and reports has it that the blues are willing to go any length just to ensure that the services of Haaland are secured.

The blues have also been linked with RB Leipzig defender Dayot Upamecano.

Upamecano has become one of the most sought after defender in Europe and the blues have identified him as a replacement for Thiago Silva who might leave after the end of the current season.

However, Thomas Tuchel during his press conference ahead of his team FA Cup clash with Barnsley stated the latest update about his club movement in the transfer window.

Tuchel while sharing the update stated that he can understand the interest of every fan and supporter to talk about these subjects.

However, he stressed that this is February and there is still a long way to go before the next transfer window.

He added that he will not talk about other players publicly where they are under contract as this is the respect his club will show.
