Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz has allegedly accepted personal terms with Chelsea.
Sky Italy reporter Angelo Mangiante provided details on Monday morning that the talented young playmaker wants to join the Premier League outfit and no other team willing to pay his asking price except Chelsea.
The Blues will evidently make an official offer in the coming days, with the anticipated transfer fee being €80m.
