Stay at Chelsea: Palmer warned against move to Arsenal

Former Manchester United star Dwight Yorke has issued warnings to Chelsea star Cole Palmer against joining Arsenal.

According to Yorke, it was best for Palmer to remain at Stamford Bridge as he wouldn’t win any trophies at Arsenal either if he left the Blues for North London.

There is no doubt the England star has been at his top form for Chelsea since joining them in a £40m move in the summer transfer window from Manchester City.

Palmer has scored 20 goals for the Blues despite their poor form this season. His brilliant performance has seen report linking him to Arsenal and Liverpool as well as a return to Man City.

But Yorke believes it was best for Palmer to remain at Stamford Bridge where he can build his reputation to be a top dog.

“There would be no point in Cole Palmer leaving Chelsea for Arsenal because they’re not winning any trophies either, it wouldn’t make any difference,” Yorke told Crypto Casino LTD.

Yorke also believe a move to Liverpool will be a miss for the English star as the Reds would be going under a transition next season with Jürgen Klopp set to leave at the end of the season.

It is unlikely that the Blues would let an important player like Palmer leave in the summer.
