Rodrygo Urged to Leave Real Madrid as Arsenal and Liverpool Circle

Real Madrid forward Rodrygo has been urged to consider his next move carefully amid growing interest from Premier League giants Arsenal and Liverpool.
A former Madrid teammate, who is set to depart the club this summer, has reportedly advised the Brazilian international to leave the Bernabéu in search of regular playing time.
Rodrygo, 24, is among the most talked-about players in the current transfer window. Despite his impressive record—three LaLiga titles and two Champions League trophies—he is said to be unsettled at Real Madrid. One of his main frustrations stems from not being deployed in his preferred position on the left wing under former manager Carlo Ancelotti last season.
Under new boss Xabi Alonso, Rodrygo’s role remains uncertain. He was frequently left out of the starting lineup during the recently concluded 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, intensifying speculation about his future.
Arsenal have emerged as serious contenders, with reports suggesting they are preparing an €80 million (£69.3m) bid. Liverpool are also monitoring the situation closely, viewing Rodrygo as a potential game-changer in their attacking lineup.
However, Chelsea’s hopes of landing the forward appear slim, with sources in Spain claiming that the imminent arrivals of Noni Madueke and Viktor Gyökeres at Stamford Bridge could rule them out of the race.
As interest builds, all eyes are now on Rodrygo and whether he will seek a fresh challenge in England or fight for his place in Madrid’s evolving squad.
